Steven spent 20 years in the United States Navy as a Personnel Specialist. He was the person every sailor came to when they were lost. He knew the system. He knew who to call. He knew how to get results.
After retiring from the Navy, Steven watched great service members leave the military without a plan. Disciplined, loyal, mission‑driven people — reduced to blank resumes in a civilian world that did not speak their language.
